The Process

First off Congratulations! Typical we recommend booking your wedding or special event order 3-9 months in advance. We do our best to accommodate orders after that period, if we have availability. The first step is to contact us through phone or email.


Please contact us with all the information listed below. 

  • Name

  • Guest count 

  • Venue 

  • Theme / style 

  • Flavors interested in 

  • Budget

  • Order design details or ideas

  • Picture references or anything that helps convey your wedding style or event theme

Our Columbus deliver fee is $65

After we confirm availability for your date, we will have you in for a consultation. In the consultation we’ll discuss every detail and bonus.. Taste some cake! Consultations are $25 and feed up to 4 guests! 

If you don’t have the time for a sit down consultation - we have cake samples available for pickup! Pick them up and try them in the privacy of your own home! 

What to bring to your consultation 

  • Your appetite 

  • Anything that helps convey your wedding style or theme 

  • Color samples

Please note - Our minimum order for custom wedding cakes is $350

A custom wedding cake is any design outside of or Pre-Designed collection.

After the consultation, we will send you all the information we talked about through email for you to review and confirm! Once that’s confirmed we’ll send out the $100 save the date non-refundable deposit. You'll  have the option to set up a payment plan or pay the bill in full. The rest of the bill must be paid 4 weeks prior to the date

Changes are allowed up to 4 weeks prior to your event. In case of event cancelation, your order will be refunded (except for deposit). Unfortunately if your order has already been made or started we cannot offer a refund.

Please note - Once your order is quoted you will have 14 days to confirm and make your deposit before your quote expires.
